ABOUT CITIZEN SOLDIER:
Citizen Soldier was born when frontman Jake Segura penned the lyrics to one of their first songs from a psychiatric hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Segura now sits on the other side of the therapy couch, working as a licensed trauma counselor to tell the stories of those navigating internal struggles through a no-frills alt/rock post/grunge packaging. The Utah five piece of members Jake Segura (lead vocals), Wonita (bass/piano) Kyle Persell (drums) Kooper Hanosky (rhythm guitar), and Matt Duffney (lead guitar) doesn’t tip toe around the ugliest parts of life, masterfully communicating what many struggle to put into words. They do so through soaring melodic power balladry, infectious instrumental hooks, and gut-punching storytelling.
“Citizen Soldier isn’t your typical rock band. While many groups dabble in themes of heartbreak or personal struggle, this Utah-based ensemble have made it their mission to confront mental health issues head on.”
-Phoenix New Times
The results speak for themselves; A ravenously loyal fan base that has forced an entirely independent group into the same circles as some of the biggest names in rock music. The band boasts 900k+ TikTok followers, 800+ million listens worldwide, and 1+ million monthly listeners on Spotify alone. In August of 2024, the band celebrated its first #1 single on the iTunes rock charts, “Burden”.
The band’s live productions, self-described as “group therapy sessions”, have been an instant hit with their supporters all over the United States. In just one year of touring, the band caught lightning in a bottle, logging a #84 rank on Pollstar, selling out their first headlining tour in 1500+ cap rooms, and earning slots at prestigious rock festivals (Welcome to Rockville, Aftershock, Louder Than Life, Rockfest, Upheaval, Sonic Temple, and more). These placements have been attained the old fashion way- by selling lots of tickets. No label, no manager, no political connections, no leveraging of favors- just proving they belong through their own hard work.
“Citizen Soldier is one of the fastest growing bands in the alternative rock space. Their ascension has been remarkable, going from headlining 200 to 1500+ cap venues in a blink of an eye through powerful songs that have profoundly related with fans across the globe.”

Citizen Soldier just released their new LP, “ICARUS”, on November 13th, 2024. The record explores the band’s self-help themes through massive rock anthems, begging to be played in arenas. Segura mused;
“ICARUS is a representation of intense frustration. Touring the country, I heard stories everyday of people feeling trapped. Trapped in their job, a dysfunctional relationship, addiction, personal trauma, sometimes in their own mistakes or maladaptive behaviors. There are too many voices in the world telling people what to do- but what people crave is validation, and to feel seen. This album does just that.”
The 11-track collection features pop-sensible hooks, bombastic guitar riffage, and gut-wrenching moments, especially in tracks like Good Old Days and Feels Like A Funeral, the latter painting a picture of a mother battling post-partum depression. The intended message is resonating, as the album has already achieved over 40 million streams.
The band will be playing a main stage slot at Sonic Temple music festival in Columbus, Ohio in May of 2025, and headlining “The Semicolon Tour” throughout markets in the midwest and east coast.
ABOUT ADELITA'S WAY:
Adelitas Way formed in 2006 and quickly created a massive buzz in their hometown Las Vegas music scene, by consistently selling out shows left and right. Fronted by lead singer/songwriter Rick Dejesus, and joined by drummer Trevor Safford and bassist Andrew Cushing, they signed to Virgin Records and broke into the mainstream with their anthemic song Invincible from their self-titled debut album. Invincible was a top 5 single at Active Rock Radio and paved the way for them with numerous television spots, including the CSI Miami finale, it served as the theme song for the weekly WWE Superstars show, was featured in the THQ video game Raw vs Smackdown, and also used on Fox Sports Network as the college football theme song. Additionally, it was featured on ESPN Monday night football, and on Fox (MLB playoffs), and the track went on to become Certified Gold.
The band’s follow up sophomore effort, Home School Valedictorian, arrived in Summer 2011, spawning four Top 5 Active Rock Radio singles (Sick, The Collapse, Criticize, and Alive, two of which went to #1 (Alive and Criticize). The band performed Alive on ABC's The Bachelor Pad on national television. This album cycle marked the band going on to do the Carnival Of Madness tour in 2011 with the likes of Theory Of A Deadman, Alter Bridge and Black Stone Cherry, as well as being on the mainstage on Uproar Fest 2012 with their peers in Shinedown, Godsmack, Papa Roach and Staind. Adelitas Way third album Stuck was released in Summer 2014, and had a Top 5 radio single with Dog on a Leash. The track We Came was later used as ESPN Monday Night Football theme song. After the Stuck album cycle, the band’s next record Getaway showed the band leaving Virgin Records and becoming fully independent. The band released the hit single Bad Reputation and the track went to #6 at the Active Rock Radio charts. Adelitas Way then embarked on their biggest headlining tour to date in support of the release; selling out over half the venues on a 40+ date trek across the United States. The band’s single Ready for War (Pray For Peace) released on Sept 30th 2017, and reached #18 at Active Rock Radio fully independently, and was also used as the official theme song of WWE PPV TLC. Notorious was released in 2017 and became one of the band's most successful singles, gaining over 75 million streams, and becoming the first independent Certified Gold record for the band.
Today, the band’s presence over the last two decades in the rock scene has certainly been felt as a force to be reckoned with - they have become proven industry veterans, with 8 full length albums under their belt, culminating in over 1 billion combined streams across their catalog. Throughout their career, the band has relentlessly toured and built up a strong live following, touring with the likes of Guns N Roses, Shinedown, Creed, Skillet, Three Days Grace, Halestorm, Breaking Benjamin, Staind, Alter Bridge, Theory of a Deadman, Skillet, 10 Years, Buckcherry, Hinder, Red, Flyleaf, The Pretty Reckless and more, as well as successfully headlining sold out venues throughout the country. One thing is for certain - Adelitas Way is a massive independently successful rock act, and here to stay and pave the way for the future of rock and roll.
ABOUT NEW MEDICINE:
Hailing from the Minneapolis side of Minnesota’s Twin Cities, New Medicine combines the drive of hard rock, the emotion of post-grunge, and modern pop-industrial flair, giving them a rowdy, slick sound that mixes equal parts swagger and sulkiness. Their debut album Race You to the Bottom (2010) and follow-up Breaking the Model (2014) earned them spots on major tours and rock radio. After a hiatus, they returned in 2020 with singles like “Die Trying” and “Control Freak,” both appearing on 2025's Die Trying: The Double Album.
New Medicine formed in 2009 around a lineup consisting of singer/guitarist Jake Scherer (AKA Jake Rose), bassist Matt Brady, guitarist Dan Garland, and drummer Ryan Guanzon. They made their debut in 2011 with Race You to the Bottom, which earned them a spot on the Billboard 200 and yielded the mainstream rock hits "Rich Kids" and "Race You to the Bottom." In 2013, drummer Dylan Wood replaced Guanzon, and bassist Kyle Leblanc replaced Brady, as the band moved to Nashville, where Scherer wrote for artists like the Charm City Devils. A year later, New Medicine released Breaking the Model on their new label, Imagen Records. Lead single "One Too Many" breached the modern rock charts, but by 2015, the group had gone on an indefinite hiatus.
The hiatus ended in late 2019, when the band announced their return, spurred by a surge in streaming popularity. They issued the single "Die Trying" in 2020, followed by a string of new tracks that blended their hard rock roots with industrial-leaning elements. All the cuts found their way onto 2025's Die Trying: The Double Album.
