How to Prepare Your Digital Tickets

To ensure a smooth and quick entry process, please follow these steps to prepare your digital tickets before arriving at the theatre.

Log In to Ticketmaster or Account Manager:
- For Tickets Purchased Online: Open the Ticketmaster app and log in using the email and password you used for purchase.
- For Tickets Purchased by Phone or In-Person at the Box Office: Visit am.ticketmaster.com/bijou on your mobile device, and log in with the email used at purchase. Your Account Manager log in credentials are the same as your Ticketmaster.com account.
Find Your Tickets:
- Once logged in, navigate to the “My Events” tab in the Ticketmaster app or the “Manage Tickets” tab in Account Manager.
- Select your event at the Bijou Theatre.
Save Your Tickets:
- Save your tickets to your phone by tapping “Add to Wallet” (for iPhone) or “Save to Phone” (for Android). This ensures your tickets are accessible even if you lose internet connection.
Charge Your Phone:
- Ensure your phone is fully charged before heading to the theatre to avoid any issues at entry.
Arrive Early:
- We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show to account for any last-minute issues.

Can’t Find Your Tickets?
- Make sure you are logged into the correct account associated with your ticket purchase (see step 1 above).
- Check your email for a confirmation from Ticketmaster or the Bijou/Tennessee Theatre Box Office, which includes a link to your tickets.
Technical Issues?
- Try logging out and back in, or restarting your phone.
- If the problem persists, visit the Ticketmaster Help Center or contact our box office for assistance.

Have Your Tickets Ready:
- Open your saved tickets on your phone before you reach the ticket scanning area at the main entrance.
- Increase the brightness of your phone’s screen for easier scanning.

Log In to Your Account:
- Visit am.ticketmaster.com/bijou or use the Ticketmaster app to log into your account.
Select Your Event and Tickets:
- Navigate to the “Manage Tickets” or “My Events” tab, select your event, and choose the tickets you want to transfer.
Transfer Your Tickets:
- Tap the “Transfer” button, add the recipient’s information, and confirm.
- The recipient will receive an email to accept the transfer by logging into their own account.
